Tubby plays a trick on Lulu and is punished by the teacher and made to revise her American history. She falls into her book and chases Tubby through history. Naturally Lulu comes out on top in the end.
The visual jokes are not as good as in some episodes. (or is it my lack of American history and 1940s culture?) I think Lulu is at her best when she creates her own mayhem. Unfortunately this cartoon is missing its opening and closing themes. The sound and picture needs cleaning up too. Well worth having a go with a video and sound pack.
